I have been so delighted with the service I've received from Athertons estate agents, Clitheroe. I both sold my former property and purchased my new one with them. I had my offer accepted on the new one plus a cash buyer for my former one within a week and commend Russell's expertise in showing my home. We expected the transactions to go through reasonably quickly, however my firm of solicitors were VERY POOR. Both Julie and Angela pushed them hard and were so thoughtful and kind to me, helping keep me sane!! So the exchange took far longer than it should have. Athertons handled the selling of our unique property. It took 15 months to sell due to the market conditions. After a few months Athertons retook the photos and advised us to reduce the price which led to more viewings and eventually an offer and sale. Mostly, Athertons showed our property but in the very busy summer we did show the property ourselves 3 times. They were professional and knowledgeable about the local area.
