Athertons handled the selling of our unique property. It took 15 months to sell due to the market conditions. After a few months Athertons retook the photos and advised us to reduce the price which led to more viewings and eventually an offer and sale. Mostly, Athertons showed our property but in the very busy summer we did show the property ourselves 3 times. They were professional and knowledgeable about the local area. The staff at Whalley are very friendly and proactive. Simon was excellent throughout the whole process. The after sales service from Helen was brilliant. Highly recommended.
